All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, remain exclusively owned by identity360.global. Your license to use Services does not transfer any ownership rights.
You retain all rights to your data and content. We claim no ownership over biometric data or identity information processed through our platform.
We warrant that Services will perform substantially in accordance with documentation. However, biometric systems are probabilistic and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. We disclaim warranties regarding:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from: (a) your use of Services in violation of these Terms; (b) your failure to obtain proper consent for biometric processing; (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations; (d) infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for: (a) material breach of Terms; (b) non-payment of fees; (c) illegal or harmful activities; (d) threats to platform security or integrity.
Upon termination, you must cease using Services and may request data export within 30 days. We will securely delete your data according to our retention policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
